Our paths crossed at the University of Warsaw. After graduating, Mert specialized in design, digital products, and front-end development, and Arda in performance marketing and paid media.
Working across different companies, markets, and scales, we started seeing the same problem from two sides.

Design and marketing usually serve the same goal, yet they're handled apart. The website and the brand experience take shape on one side, and marketing is added on top later. When what a campaign learns doesn't reach the design, and design decisions don't reach the media strategy, each side can work well and the two still don't add up to a strong system.
We founded weldmeld to remove that divide. We shape design, campaigns, and measurement around one goal. The page, the message, the media plan, and the path to a sale are planned together from day one, and what we learn from performance feeds the next design and marketing decisions.
Our name carries the same idea. To weld is to join separate parts firmly and for good; to meld is to blend different elements into one whole. weldmeld stands for design and marketing that shape each other instead of working side by side.
