Terms of Service

The rules for using this website, sending us a message, and booking a call. Paid work runs on a separate written agreement, not on this page.

Who we are

weldmeld is the brand name of Curvix sp. z o.o., a limited liability company registered in Poland. When these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean that company.

You can reach us at hello@weldmeld.com. That’s the address for everything, including anything formal.

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website: reading it, sending us a message through the contact form, and booking a call with us. They apply from the moment you use the site, so if you don’t agree with them, please don’t use it.

They aren’t a contract for paid work. Nothing you can do on this site buys anything or commits either of us to a project. If we go on to work together, that work is governed by a separate written agreement between us, and that agreement covers scope, fees, payment, timelines, revisions, delivery and ownership of what we make. If anything in that agreement ever conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

How we handle personal data, and what the site stores on your device, is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy rather than here.

Who the site is for

Anyone is welcome to read this site, send us a message or book a call. Our paid services are offered to businesses and to professionals acting in connection with their business activity, rather than to consumers buying for personal use.

If you’re in Poland and running a sole trader business, and you’re considering work that falls outside what you normally do professionally, some consumer protections may still apply to you under Polish law. Nothing in these terms takes away a right the law gives you.

Enquiries and booking a call

The contact form and the booking page are how a conversation starts. Both are open to you at no charge, and neither one obliges you to go any further.

  • Please give us information that’s accurate and that you’re entitled to share. If you include details about other people, you’re responsible for having the right to pass them on.
  • We aim to reply within 72 hours. That’s a target we hold ourselves to, not a guarantee, and it doesn’t run over weekends and public holidays in Poland.
  • Booking a call reserves time, nothing more. You can reschedule or cancel it, and so can we if something genuinely gets in the way. We’ll tell you as soon as we know.
  • We may decline an enquiry or decide not to take a project on. We don’t have to give a reason, and it’s never a judgement about you or your business.

Booking runs on Cal.com, which is a service we use rather than one we operate. Using it means your booking is also subject to Cal.com’s own terms. What it stores on your device is set out in our Cookie Policy, and what it does with your details in our Privacy Policy.

Nothing here is a binding offer

What you read on this site (how we describe our services, our process, and the way a project usually unfolds) is there to explain what we do. It’s an invitation to talk, not an offer capable of being accepted, and it doesn’t form a contract however you respond to it.

We don’t publish prices. The budget range in the contact form and on the booking page is a rough expectation check before we meet, not a quote and not a price you’re committing to. Any real numbers are put to you in writing, for your project, after we’ve talked.

Using the site fairly

Use the site for what it’s for. Read it, share it, get in touch. What we ask you not to do is short and probably obvious:

  • Don’t try to break, overload, or get around the security of the site or anything it runs on.
  • Don’t harvest content or contact details from it automatically for marketing, resale or a mailing list.
  • Don’t send us anything unlawful, malicious, or infringing through the form, and don’t use it to impersonate someone else.
  • Don’t use the site in a way that breaks the law where you are.

If something is being used to cause harm, we may block access to it. We’ll keep that proportionate to what’s actually happening.

Our content

The design, code, words, images and the weldmeldname and mark on this site belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. They’re protected by copyright and related rights.

You’re welcome to view the site, print or save pages for your own reference, and link to it. Please don’t copy, republish or adapt substantial parts of it, use it to build a competing offer, or present our work as yours. If you’d like to use something from the site for anything else, ask us. The answer is often yes.

If you send us an idea or a suggestion about the site or our services, we may act on it without owing you anything for it. This has nothing to do with work we do for clients: ownership of what we make for a client is settled in that client’s own agreement, not here.

Availability and changes

We keep this site running and up to date, but we can’t promise it’s always available or always error-free. It may be down for maintenance, or because something outside our control has gone wrong, and we may change, move or remove parts of it as the studio changes.

Parts of the site depend on services we don’t run: hosting, the booking calendar, the form that delivers your message. When one of those has a bad day, so do we.

Where our responsibility sits

We take care with what we publish here, but this site is information, not advice for your specific situation. Please don’t make a business decision on the strength of a page alone. That’s what the call is for.

As far as the law allows, we’re not responsible for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or losses that weren’t a foreseeable result of something we did, arising out of your use of this site. Our responsibility for anything connected to the site itself is limited to what the law requires of us.

We don’t limit our liability for harm caused intentionally, for personal injury, or for anything else the law doesn’t permit us to limit. Nothing here affects the rights you have under the law. Responsibility for work we do under a client agreement is dealt with in that agreement.

If something goes wrong

If you have a complaint about this site or about how we handled your enquiry, write to hello@weldmeld.com. Tell us what happened, when, and what you’d like us to do about it, and give us a way to reply.

We’ll confirm we have it and respond within 14 days. If a complaint needs longer to look into properly, we’ll tell you that within the same 14 days and say when to expect an answer. Complaints about your personal data are handled under our Privacy Policy, which also explains your right to go to the Polish data protection authority.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes between us and a business will be settled by the court with jurisdiction over our registered office in Warsaw.

If you’re dealing with us as a consumer, this doesn’t change the courts you can use or take away the protection of the law of the country you live in.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site or the studio changes. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date it last changed is shown alongside it. If you have an enquiry open with us when they change, the version in force when you sent it is the one that governs it.
